About Augury Press

Augury Press is dedicated to publishing queer fiction. We strive to bring diversity to the world of published fiction by:

-giving priority to authors who self-identify as queer, BIPOC, neurodiverse, and/or disabled

-making all of our works available in both digital and audio format

-limiting the price of all our works and sharing many titles for free on our website

-paying our authors a minimum of $.08usd/word

Right Now: Augury Press is represented by Theo Neidlinger, a writer and editor with a focus on lgbtq+ themes. All Augury Press Patreon, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok content is created by Theo, as they attempt to build a community base.

In the Future: Augury Press hopes to invite writers to publish their short stories with us, first on our Patreon and then here on the website. In an effort to achieve that, our first Patreon goal is 50 community members. Once 50 people have joined our Inner Circle on Patreon, we will be financially capable of inviting a guest writer to publish with us.

Even Further in the Future: Augury Press would love to kickstart a yearly novella. For that to happen, we would need a Patreon community of at least 100 members or the equivalent in monthly donations.
